Billing

Our GPS tracking platform is a subscription based service so you will need to add credit to your account in order to continue using the service.

Each ‘visible’ device on your account is charged at a specified monthly rate. On the first day of every month, the system will count the number of visible devices in your account and create a charge for the service for that calendar month. The charge will be deducted from your account balance. If there are insufficient funds in your account, the devices will be suspended. You can add more funds by credit or debit card in the form of a single purchase or you can choose to set the ‘Autopay’ feature which will automatically charge your credit/debit card each month.

You can suspend and reactivate a device at anytime. Any device suspended during the month will not receive any refund of service charge but will not be charged from the first day of the following month. 

Reactivating a device part way through the month will automatically be charged at the full rate for the month.

Purchase Credit

To purchase credit, enter the total credit amount and click “Purchase Credit.” Add your email and card details, then press “Pay” to complete the transaction. This securely processes your payment and instantly adds credit to your account.

Auto Recharge

To set up Auto Recharge, enter the total amount to charge to your card each month. This amount will be charged now and automatically each month. Ensure a valid card is saved in Stripe for recurring payments.
