Route Report

The Route Report lists every single update the device sent to the server over a specified period.

From the main menu, click on the ‘Reports’ tab.

then click on ‘Route’

The first element allows you to select the device. You can add multiple devices by clicking on each entry and holding down the ‘SHIFT’ key.

Next, select a time period you want the report to include.

If you select 'Custom' you may enter the exact period from the selector tool.

You can select the columns you want to include in the report from the dropdown 'Columns tab' Select multiple columns. Your selections will be highlighted with a grey background.

Now click on the 'CREATE' button.

The report will be generated.

There are further options to download reports which can be accessed by using the relevant icons. PDF and XLS

Schedule - setup automatic report creation in XLSX or PDF formats,  weekly or monthly to multiple email recipients.

Click on the 'Schedule' icon to open the options box and display the Description input box.

Enter a report Description in the description box.

Select the report frequency, format and add email recipient/s

Click Save.
