Event Report

The Event Report lists recorded events over a specified time period

From the main menu, click on the ‘Reports’ tab.

then click on ‘Events’

The first element allows you to select the device. You can only select a single device.

Next, select a time period you want the report to include.

If you select 'Custom' you may enter the exact period from the selector tool.

You can select the event types you want to include in the report from the dropdown ‘Event types’. Select multiple events. Your selections will be highlighted with a grey background.

Now select the columns you wish to include in your report.

Next, click the ‘Show’ button.

 

There are further options to generate reports which can be accessed by using the drop down selector next to the ‘Show’ button.

Export – export report in XLSX format.

Email Report – email the report to the account holder email address. (This can take 5 to 10 minutes to create and send)

Schedule – setup automatic report creation in XLSX or PDF  weekly or monthly to multiple email recipients. When ‘Schedule’ is selcted, the elements ‘Description’ and ‘Calendar’ appear. Complete these elements, add at least one email address, select report format and click the ‘Save’ button.
