Route Report

The Route Report lists every single update the device sent to the server over a specified period.

From the main menu, click on the ‘Reports’ tab.

then click on ‘Route’

The first element allows you to select the device. You can add multiple devices by clicking on each entry and holding down the ‘SHIFT’ key.

Next, select a time period you want the report to include.

If you select 'Custom' you may enter the exact period from the selector tool.

Now click on the 'Show' button.

The report will be generated. You can select the columns you want to include in the report from the dropdown 'Columns tab' Select multiple columns by holding down the 'Shift' key as you click on each required column.

There are further options to generate reports which can be accessed by using the drop down selector next to the 'Show' button.

Export - export report in XLSX format.

Email Report - email the report to the account holder email address. (This can take 5 to 10 minutes to create and send)

Schedule - setup automatic report creation in XLSX or PDF  weekly or monthly to multiple email recipients. When 'Schedule' is selcted, the elements 'Description' and 'Calendar' appear. Complete these elements, add at least one email address, select report format and click the 'Save' button.
