Notifications
The Notifications tab allows you to mange the event notifications linked with your devices.
From the main menu click on the ‘Settings’ tab.

then click on ‘Preferences’

The main page displays a list of your current active alerts as shown in the image below.

To add a new alert, simply click on the ‘plus’ icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Select the type of notification you wish to create from the dropdown list.
If you select an ‘Alarm’ notification, an additional selector tool will appear to allow you to select the alarm events for which notification is required. Click on multiple events. Any selected event will be highlighted with a grey background.
Next, select the required notification channels, Push Notification, Email and Browser are available. You can select multiple channels.
Now tick the box marked All Devices if you wish to apply the new notification to all devices on your account.

Once you’ve completed the fields, click the ‘Save’ button.
You can test your channels by clicking on the ‘Test Channels’ button

Edit or delete any notification by clicking on the relevant icon on the right side of the screen.
