Summary Report

The Summary Report lists a summary of a single or multiple device data over a specified period.

From the main menu, click on the ‘Reports’ tab.

then click on ‘Summary’

The first two elements allows you to select the devices you wish to include in the report. Click on the devices you wish to include and these will be highlighted with a grey background.

You can also selct a device ‘Group’

Next, select a time period you want the report to include.

If you select 'Custom' you may enter the exact period from the selector tool.

Next, select the type of report “Summary’ or ‘Daily Summary’

Now select the columns you wish to include in your report. You can select multiple columns. Your selections will be highlighted with a grey background.

Now click on the ‘Show’ button.

 

The report will be generated. 

There are further options to generate reports which can be accessed by using the drop down selector next to the ‘Show’ button.

Export – export report in XLSX format.

Email Report – email the report to the account holder email address. (This can take 5 to 10 minutes to create and send)

Schedule – setup automatic report creation in XLSX or PDF  weekly or monthly to multiple email recipients. When ‘Schedule’ is selcted, the elements ‘Description’ and ‘Calendar’ appear. Complete these elements, add at least one email address, select report format and click the ‘Save’ button.
